1. Wrong Size / Not Compatible (Customer Error)
If you ordered the wrong size or the product is not compatible with your machine, you may return the item at your own shipping cost.
We will provide a replacement only if:
– The product is unused
– The original box and packaging are not damaged
– All accessories are included
No refund for wrong size orders — only replacement after the product is returned in good condition.
2. Damaged or Broken Items
For glass or fragile items that arrive broken, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

– Clear photos of the damaged part
– Order ID
– Your name

3. Used Products Cannot Be Returned
Items that show signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging are not eligible for return or replacement.
4. Return Process
– Contact us with your order details
– Ship the product to us using any courier (customer pays return shipping)
– After inspection, we will process your replacement
5. Refunds
Refunds are only provided when:
– We sent the wrong item
– The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
– Product arrives damaged and cannot be replaced
