  • Size & Compatibility: Please confirm your machine’s portafilter size (51mm / 54mm / 57mm / 58mm) before ordering. Wrong size orders are not eligible for free replacement.
  • Returns & Exchanges: For hygiene and usage reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used coffee tools and accessories. Unused items may be considered for return as per our main return policy.
  • Replacement for Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
  • Care Instructions: Clean all espresso accessories, milk pitchers and pour-over tools with mild soap and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives to maintain finish and performance.
